We ensure that every single incident is reported, allowing us to study the root cause and how it occurred. This critical information enables us to then identify lessons which enhance our training programmes and our HSE performance. AHSS believes that all incidents are preventable, and we do not just set a goal of “Zero Defects” but strive for “Quality Improvement” past our “Zero Defects” record.
