Comprehensive and interactive training
Training is critical to successful operations. Al Hurea provides comprehensive and interactive training to all staff designing training around specific roles. Al Hurea Staff have all the necessary qualifications to allow them to confidently and legally instruct, train and asses. Al Hurea Operations and Regional Management are responsible for implementing Al Hurea systems approach to training.

Training Syllabus
All training will be conducted in the following syllabuses:
Induction Training
Mobilisation Training
Continuous Training
All induction and Mobilisation training will be project specific and to the minimum standards required by the client. Continuous training is a particular focus of our regular quality control. All security personnel will conduct a mandatory monthly training cycle. All training will be recorded on a monthly training record.
In country, we can deliver and certify in a vast array of security subject matter and are able to deliver and certify in:
Level 3 Int Certificate in Close Protection
Level 2 Int Award in Emergency First Aid, CPR & AED
Level 2 Int Award in CCTV Operations (Public space surveillance)
Level 2 Int Award in Security Guarding
Level 3 Int Award in Delivering Training (IADT)
Level 2 Certificate Conflict Management
Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Principles
Level 2 Int Award in Defensive Driver Training (DDT)
Our commitment to training does not stop once the initial courses have been completed. We implement a full internal verification system to ensure continuation training is evaluated, tested and completed to the required standards on an ongoing basis. All training and verification are completed by suitably qualified personnel, who we perceive to be the highest qualified instructor team in Iraq.
